hi just wanted to no that if with good feeding and clean water how fast will my jelly bean parrot grow a month hes in a 33 gallon temporaroly until he gets about 5 inches

Well I don't know how old he is. that photo is from the first day I got him, he was about 2" long or a bit more. now after 5 months he is 3" long, more fat and has a big kok!
this male one that I have is very territorial and chase other fish away from his territory. hes always chasing firemouth and rainbow cichlids in my tank! lol. once he hurt the firemouth badly but usually he just frighten them. he won't mess with the bigger fish in my tank like parrots and oscar.

Why no one mention that these jellybean parrots are NOT convict x blood parrot hybrids. They are just short bodied pink convicts. They wont get bigger than 4 inch long depends how long is their spine. True Con x blood parrot get bigger than the jellybean parrots.
i mention that alot. i have seen very few actual con x bp, but everyone thinks that jelly beans are this mix.
on the growth rate, they grow very slow and are like convicts but shorter and stockier. i have had mine for almost a year and it is 3 inches. it is in a 100 gallon tank with BPs and JDs and is mean enough to hold his own.
