Jersey Trip anyone ?

I am looking to make a Jersey trip. We can meet in Queens and to to fish stores in New Jersey. If anyone is interested we can share tolls,gas, expenses. Anyone in the area of Queens or long Island or members of Greater City Aquarium Society -- Yes a fish trip. I think this would be cool. WE can go to Fish Hut, Absolutely Fish, and Bitells in pearl river. Its only 25 minutes from fish hut. We can also go to any other place you may known of. Stores open at 11. Leave at 10 get back by 2;30 Slip between all the traffic. Happy fishing------ call Joe 646 522-0266

I'd be down but I'm in southeastern Pennsylvania.This reminds me of the group store tours some of the members in Jersey used to do.

Yep,went there a few months ago and it's a pretty nice shop. Its not too far from me.
 
Jersey Trip today. Any last minute spontaneous people for a fish trip ? Leaving at 10;00 from Queens-------- Its fishing TiME
 
Used to live in queens and traveled everywhere for aquarium fish. Wish i could do it again. Have fun and buy lots!
 
Just gat back. In and out before the heavy traffic. Scored came back with 6 fish. Two Frontosa's, Red Peacock,BiColor Peacock,Sunshine,Neon etc. Supper nice great colors and 5 to 6 inches. I need to make more of these trips soon. Getting excited. Soon tank will be up on line with nest cam or drop cam. I can't wait to see my tank live and share it from anywhere.

Which shops did you visit?
 
Don’t think Jersey has any big store left. The bigger ones are in PA: ThatPetPlace in Lancaster, Natural Pet formerly Captain Nemo in Norristown, Hidden Reef in Levittown, and apparently Reef to Rift in Hatfield. Can’t verify the last one since I’ve never been there.

I heard that the entire Manhattan has no fish stores left, but Monster Pet in Flushing is huge. Can’t verify either since I’ve not visited yet.
 
Global in elmwood Park. Aquascape in Belleville. Exotic aquatics out in Washington. We still have a few good shops. The old hole in the wall Elys in Morristown area All well worth visiting
