That tank is too small to breed convicts and raise the fry to be a food source...not enough room

THE FEMALES WILL HAVE A REDISH ORANGE OR YELLOW (even greenish or blue) COLOR ON THEIR STOMACHES!!! MALES HAVE NO COLOR! THAT IS HOW YOU CAN TELL THEM APART!! GO FOR IT!!!

10g is too small for either cons or jewels.

I culture red wiggler worms - way easier and more productive than fish...

Worms are usually the way id go. My issue is that I have a big clown knife that won't eat anything that doesn't lead a chase.

Cons are a bad bad bad BAD idea in a ten gallon tank!!! Don't do it! You'll end up with one cramped and unhealthy male in the end.

I know its a lil late but you could try krib's there not the hard to breed and stay smaller than Con's
