well what do you think mines is? JK or platinum? And can anybody answer this question what will I get or have anybody done this cross and if so do you have pics of the fry

I am pretty sure that Gold platinum is just another selling gimmick for hybrid fish. They are about as common as pennies. Any FH that has a lot of red is instantly called Red Chili, Red Demon, Red Warrior, A faded fish is called a Yellow Trim, Gold trim, Gold trimacu, Gold Platinum(which doesn't make sense since platinum is white and also called "white gold"). All of these are made up because there is no scientific names for hybridized fish. There is an LFS I know that sells Killin Parrots or Bonsai FH as Neon Unicorn Giraffe Fish. I do know that some fish have been hybridized so much that they are given a common name. I.e. Flowerhorn, Blood Parrot, Red Texas. Flowerhorns have many different variations such as Zhen Zhou, Kamfah or Jin Hua, Golden Monkey or Kamalau(same thing), Jin Kang or Jingang-which refers to a faded fish. A Thai silk or Platinum is a different form of flowerhorn in which the pearls are so thick that they overlap completely and give the fish and entirely white appearnce just like platinum. Jinkang is a flowerhorn that has faded in color because of the Midas genes that are a part of its lineage. Jinkangs have many different looks, some have full pearls some have none. Some are white or orange some are red and pink. The point I am trying to make is that people create there own names (usually someone selling the fish) in order to get a better price. Because honestly it sounds better calling it a Golden Platinum than calling it a Jinkang or fader. It doesn't change the fish at all or make it better than another fish it is simply just a way of making it sound more cool. So answering your question your fish a Jinkang flowerhorn but you can call it what ever you want. Look for Thai Silk or Platinum flowerhorn and you will find something like this:

Hope that clears up some misconception.
