Well first off, by that age, his parents should have already explained to him the birds and the bees and the pedophiles. It's up to the parents to make sure their kids get it, I know mine made sure I got it. Bad parenting is common place these days, a kid never has to worry about mr pedophile when he has good parents teaching him the basics. If a kid didn't get it then they will eventually the hard way and I'm ok with that. Bad things happen for a reason.
First of all these kids were from broken homes. The way the above statement is worded it sounds like kids are to blame if they are in a situation with an adult pedophile freak. Weather they are taught to deal with it or not the pedophile and any low life that protects them is the one "that should get it" United States Marine Corps Style. What do you me the kid should "get it the hard way" and I'am ok with that. Bad things happen for a reason? WTF?
