Johnny Manziel hit with half game suspension?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i think the suspension was stupid, either admit you have nothing and drop it or find him guilty and make him pay with a reasonable suspension. i relate it to a drug bust that turns up nothing, police arent going to leave a 100 dollar ticket for their troubles

I'm watching Rice take it to A&M right now. A&M suspended a bunch of other players right before the start but dammmn thier d looks suspect

Letterman had a pretty funny Manziel skit last night.

They couldn't prove he actually got paid. However, the way everything went down money or not it was still an infraction according to their rules. It might seem petty but rules is rules.

Well, what was the infraction if they can't prove he got paid?

so it's kinda like when a cop says i didn't radar you but i think you were going 67 in a 55...and rules are rules.....here's your ticket? lmao, they KNOW he got paid and likely have proof. this has politics written all over it. he's the best paid amatuer in the game right now.

Code of conduct violation. Basicly placing himself in a innappropriate situation. It's no different than a 21 year old pro player getting hammered and acting a fool at a strip club. It's legal, it's not the worst thing ever, but it's against their code of conduct. You don't like it, don't play. That simple! And Eddie you really think a 2nd year SEC team is worthy of that BS conspiracy theory? If they had your mythical proof would they really suspend him for half a game and raise everyone's suspicions? I think you're a classic football scorne, coach shoulda' put me in and we woulda' won state for sure, Uncle Rico! You have USC fan written all over you.

What code of conduct did he break? Signing autographs for profit for someone else? Your proof of them having no proof is no more or less mythical then the other way around. You do realize the biggest game on the schedule this year is A&M vs Bama Right? You do realize he's a historical figure right? Also the single biggest name in the NCAA right?

PS, I was a cheerleader. I got on the field

Sorry but proof is a burden of the prosecution. And johnny ego won't make it much longer at this rate, so no need to protect him really. He will burn out well before draft day.
P.s. did you cheer and play like Icebox?
