I was so pissed, I sent them this email:
"I just witnessed your most recent commercial. I have sold your product in the past, and have been a fan. Serta makes a quality product. The Vera Wang ads are an insult to intelligent people. How can a mattress possibly be "stylish"? You can put the image of Satan himself on it, and it would not matter. A mattress is never stylish, as it is always covered by sheets at the bare minimum! This is an insult to anyone that is smart enough to look through the shallow ads your company is dumping on my TV. If you are going to pander to shallow women that would buy a mattress on the basis that it was "designed" by the same person who designs wedding dresses for celebrities, why not pander to us shallow men that watch football and say the mattress was "designed" by NFL great Joe Montana?
I am boycotting your company and sleep in general until this crap is removed from my airwaves. Does this person have any knowledge of the inner workings of a mattress? I highly doubt it. Stop insulting the intelligence of your customers."
