I noticed that one of the pictures of the Chinese Perch somewhere in this site (the picture with the 6 perch in a bare tank) also appeared in a report by someone visiting restaurants in China! The title of the piece is: "Fish Seen in Chinese Restaurants," part of a larger piece titled "A Tour of China in Winter" (http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/travel/Norfolk_5China_Restaurant_Fish.html). If those guys were at that restaurant, they must be goners by now...

In the event that I win, the Perch Five will be very lucky that I am a vegetarian and not likely to commit "piscicide" for the sake of my stomach.
