the only thing I can say is use disposable money. iIf you cant afford to loose the $, then u shoulnt buy fish on line. Most fish arrive alive, but there are thing that happen on the way, mis-handling by carriers, bags leak, shipping delays, improper acclimation into new tank, tempature swings,and the list goes on

Those things are understandable and i agree with you, so how does the actual money transaction work?

Most seller perfer pay-pal, It is safe and fast. Open a account with your credit card or bak account. Once the seller and yourself arrange payment( some will also accept money orders, bank checks,ect). They ship the fish, usually fed-ex, about $50, I used usps express but unrelyable

out of 20 or so fish i ordered from him around christmas only a few arrived doa (2 dats of 20 fish is not bad by all means and IS eceptible) btw-this shipment was delayed by usps for 2 days after the shipment was said to arrive

i was happy with the health and size of the fish

no doa policy in this situation is understandable
