This is what I came home to after class today (Happy Valentines Day, right?). Just got him last week, and I forgot to put the lid on today after I fed him. It was still barely breathing when I got home. I tried to revive him for almost 3 hours before he finally kicked the bucket. I think I will fix it in EtOH, and donate it to Ichthyology collection at the university (UCF) I work for. On that note if anyone in the Orlando, FL area has a large fish they don't want, I will come get it from you. Or if you have one worldwide you'd be able to donate I would pay for shipping! I study Ichthyology at my school, and I just generally love fish and fish keeping, but after dropping 50 and the fish and 200 on a new filstar, chemicals, and food for a while I'm broke with a basically empty 100 gallon tank (Shipping is about all I can afford). Sorry for panhandling! I'm not a bum though I'm a poor college student (which I can prove) who loves and has very good understanding of fish (I can send you article I have written)!
Thanks,
Cray
