Just got back from Honduras, here's what we did with the big fish we caught (which was many,many) he caught about 50 giant Managuense and maculacauda. These are 10-14" Ken

CA Cichlids taste a bit like tilapia... I guess cause tilapia are cichlids too. I've eaten Guapotes (motaguense) and convicts in El Salvador. That looks delicious!

What kind of fish/Cichlids were the bottom 2? they don't look like managuense. Syns?
