Well I did say no...best just keep them in solo till atleast 5~6" or bigger...

Or you can get a Betta box & grow the juru in there, placing it in the main tank. That's what I do, keeping a 4.5" Juru amidst a 20" Arowana, 13"ST, 11" Tigrinus.
