Wow, I have not been here in a long time and I missed many responses, sorry.
I am running two CO2 tanks. At one time I had them running off a Eheim 2128 but I changed to have them each run off an Eheim 1250 pump. This gave my much more circulation and left the filters to do their jobs of filtering only.
With the lighting and CO2 I had "out of control" plant growth. Some stem plants grew 10" a week. I cut the MH's to just 3 hours a day and things become much more manageable.
My substrate is Eco-Complete and I highly recommend this, especially for large tank, plus I love the black look, it brings out the fish and plant colors so much more.

Oh, BTW, the tank has been running two years this month.
