Just thought I'd share a pic of my texas. Can't decide weather to keep or not, I will find it hard to let go as these are/used to be my favourite fish and I would like to grow him on. He's sharing the tank with my Lyonsi at the minute but not sure how long that is going to last.

I believe its not a he, but a she. The dark area in the dorsal says female to me.

Yeah it's a she clear as day black dorsal spot

I'd definitely say female as well between the black in the dorsal fin and the body shape.
