oh iv just misread what u wrote lol sorry.

i meant the people that parked their who claimed the law suit dont see it as their fault for being parked there in the first place.

it was an innocent mistake by the lodger who has never been around children and had just moved in with us...hes cleaned his act up since, trust me lol
 
Next time they park there plant drugs under the hood then call the police on the license plate. Plant the drugs with gloves on.

lol thanks for that advice...with gloves on? u either watch too much csi or have done this before lol
might save it for a rainy day...not sure i could afford to do that option lol
 
Can you just block your own house parkiong space?

I would probaly lose it, especially if a kid could have been in real trouble. Call up a lawyer and tell them what happened, you can take pics of these people who block you in, and you have the hospital report saying what happened. It doesn't even have to be about money. What if someone in your house needed to go to the hospital ASAP, it would literally be the person blocking you in fault for any harm.
 
I kind of know what you're talking about. I live on a small road close to a school also. It's parking on one side only. Well when school is in People want to park on the wrong side of the road and wait for there kids. And then they get in the way and you don't have much room to get by.

And if I were in your situation with you child and NEEDING to get out of the house and to hospital I would just move the car/turck either behind or in front of me. That's why I drive a truck. I'm not waiting if I need to get out of the house.
