6x2x2 is 180gl quite a bit big than your 150. You can start with a 150, but a bigger tank would have to do. If you are looking to breed, motoros seem to be a bit easier to breed.

Plenty of guys on the forum have successfully bred motoros. Hystrix and retics also have been sucessfully bred, just not as many. May just wanna start off with something easier and work your way up.

I personally think hystrix and retics would be fine in there and could breed in there just need to keep on water changes. If you wanted to go with motoros (hardies and easier to breed) you might eventually want to upgrade.

depends on what kind of a deal you can find. I see them go for around $500-1500 depending on what you get with it. Checked the forsale forum or Craigslist.
