i plan on feeding it to my cichlids, is this stuff good or what?, also do i really have to presoak them as directed?

You do not necessarly have to per-soak them. They are fine if fed as part of a well balanced diet. I wouldn't use them as the sole source of nutrition. HTH.
Blood worms are okay as a supplement. No need to presaok. Not the most nutritious and wont add anything a quality pellet isn't already providing.
i feed em hikari cichlid gold, freeze dried krill and now the bloodworms, wat else would be good to incorparate
Nothing added would add any extra nutrients that your fish aren't already receiving. I do recommend NLS over hikari though.

Frozen krill is better than freeze dried krill. cheaper too.... 1.99 at asian market...for like 1lbs. Pieces of market shrimp or use live black worms. That's if you wana change it up a bit. But what you got going is already good. Depending on what type of cichlids something with a lil veggie in it.
Does NLS have an online website I don't have a pet store nearby that sells it
