Truely Awesome find...How $$$?

I got four big car shows this weekend and probably won't see one like it.

What kind of camping do you like to do?

My pop-up died, then my van died and I'm back to a tent... UH!

Dr Joe

Mount a small pop-up on back like this...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/pop-...tegoryZ50064QQihZ005QQitemZ150054529945QQrdZ1

Of course you could just tow it but then how do you carry the jet ski's/motorcycles/4wheelers/etc. :D

Wow looks like it is in really good condition! And it is all original? I think you made yourself a great find!!!! It does need some more meat on them tires though. They are way too skinny. Would look great with 35's. And I think you might need to throw a 350 under that hood:headbang2 . 350 goes great with a everything....

Chad

350 wont fit without major mods and I mean major it has a flathed V-6 in it right now and yes it is pretty much all original this guy has had it for 30 years and he bought it out of a junkyard along with another one so it also comes with alot of extra parts..... and those are 31's on it already so they arent small tires... remember that bed is 9' long

Any oldskool jeep is cool. A rare one like this is supercool! the 103" wheelbase is quite short for a rig that size, and will help in those tight offroad situations. only thing is, if you count the t-case as gears, you are just cheating unless it has a 2 low option. I'm actually getting that for my little chevy tracker, so I will have a true 10 speed in both 2 and 4 wheel drive.

31's are tiny little things, but the skinny talls are a clasic throwback to the old 4x4 times.

And dr, joe. this IS a 4 wheeler! Sprung over with a body lift and it will go anywhere it will fit!

If you are looking for a motor swap, see if a buick 6 will fit(it should) thats what a lot of the jeepers use. basically a 350 minus 2 cylinders.

I say skip the campershell, lift it as much as you can, try to fit 44's and wheel the piss outta it. Ill see you on the rubicon!!!!!!!
