im happy with the outcome, the remaining fish are all my favourites which ive had a decent amount of time apart from the large butti... looking forward to seeing some colour in my female festae again... done a water change today and its a good feeling knowing the bio load is now alot less. think im just going to leave it as it is for now its actually not as empty as i thought.
 
i think you made the right choice for the long run,yea i would have also been thinking that the bioload was at the max.you can rest easier with knowing if you skip a water change,no harm.tank still looks great!
 
Try like a half dozen silver dollors. They allways work well in any cichlid talk I have ever added them to.
