you should be adding suplements more than that. specially since he has the MBD and stuff like that. make sure you are using both calciuma nd clcium with Vit D3 in it as well as other supplements. if you add these more than once a week or when you remember he will be alot better off and you will see vast improvments.
ditch the cabage. it does nothing for him. it will acctually bind calcium.give him a nice varried diet.
also i wouldnt put crickets in his cage. even if he just kills them. iguanas do not need animal protein so he shouldnt be exposed to it.

what is his basking temp and whats the overall humidity in the enclosure? i would add a shelf for him to bask on. it makes it easier for them and they can thermoregulate better. i would also ditch the mulch youhave on the bottom. iggs are very curious and tend to try and eat everything.

Okay I will start to add the supplements more often. Again, there is a shelf in there but it is not visible in the pictures. I will try to get some better ones this weekend. The humidity is about 80% ad he is misted every day. The basking spot is about 95*F and the cooler regions reach about 80*F. During the night, the entire cage drops to around 75*F.

Do what Mike says and also the diet seems to heavy on fruit, vegetable side and not enough on the leaf side, remenbar iguanas are basicly leaf eaters, the only good stapple your using are the mustard and collard greens, all the others are only suplementary foods and should only be ofered once or twice a week. Your going to ad butternut squash, green beans, green peas, turnip greens and chicory greens. The water cress, figs, alfafa and dandilions you find on your local supermarket. Alfafa and dandilions also you can find wild almost everywere ,colect seeds and grow them. The hibiscus and mulberry trees you grow them from poted plants (see your local nurcerys), wait for a copple of mouths before using and you have yearound superfood for your igg. Grapevine leafs same process and super ig foods as well. Malva silvestris is a weed that you find allmost every were and same colect seeds and grow them. Also if you have the space you should seriously consider building a outdoor enclosure for your iguana

Just an FYI, but I've seen quite a few Iguanas carry that pixelated pattern into adulthood. It's quite common within some populations here in South Florida......
Yes I know but its not comon on your average every day iguana also its not only that but also the proporcions of the head, limbs and the total size that you see that he is indeed undersized and shows signs of inmaturity, he looks like a 1,5-2 year old one. However like I said before with carefull nursing and lots of sun ligth its very likely that he will compensate and have a growth spurt. If not at least its bonnes will harden
