Hes about 9 to 10 inches. They have been the fastest growing fish i have except my dovii male. As you can see from the other videos i have a left over male that is also over 9 inches. Picked himself a large jaguar female to pair with. Just don't have the heart to break them up and kinda curious what the fry looks like afterwards. Lost their first spawn to my gravel vac not thinking they actually laid eggs and had hatched. Second spawn was eaten by a pleco that has since gone so i guess its a waiting game at this point.
The pair of RTM have bred 4 times now. Lost all the fry except one survivor till now. They are preparing to spawn again. This time i have sold most of the other fish out of the tank and will be moving most of the others so i expect i will be able to raise this batch to a sellable point.
They are in the tank videos tank. All of the fish in that tank started at 2 inches and were all put in within a month of each other. That will give you a good idea of how fast they grew.
