yes thats exactly what my male looks like. ill have pics tonight but he's in a much darker breeding dress atm
although mine has more blue on his fins than on its neck like yours

mine's a bit bluer on the fins and under the throat than the pics show, she is in breeding mode again with a male sajica they keep scrapping with a firemouth and rainbow who fight them and then turn on each other

got it off ebay of all places last year only £7.50 for 2
that turned out to be a pair they had fry last year but they got eaten, unfortunetly one died about 6 months ago
but saw some more on there a few weeks ago so worth looking
