Get Anubias (Plant). They are very hardy and dont need Co2 to grow. They are also good with low lights (dont need nothing fancy for them).

As for fish, I would get a school of aces (freshwater barracudas) or 1 Puffer fish. i hear they are just like oscars (as far as personality) I forget the name of the Big puffer that is 100% freshwater but they are like little doggs
