I got my first Mbu about 4 months ago at 11". He's 15" now and grows an inch a month. Mine is very peaceful never seen him act aggressive towards any of my fish. You can see all the fish I keep him with in link below.

on way too small for such a large Mbu that grows an inch a month. Btw, looks like you running out of room for all those Dovii
Kevin, do you still have this? I'm a little shocked.... What happened to change your stance so drastically in the last few months? I was villified for entertaining an mbu in a 375 in this thread http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=350204. Now I see you have one? Did you get a 600 gallon tank and I missed it?kevinfleming21;4643200; said:here is the one I picked up!
http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4390889&postcount=36I really do not know I will ever be able to own a MBU although it is one of the fish i most desire to keep. They require such huge footprints to thrive, you would have to commit an entire basement of your house to a tank for these guys.
http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4387518&postcount=39You are not going to be able to get anything other than what you have already rejected, and that is a valid opinion from people that would know more than "average" about puffers and the Mbu in general. The only scientific fact in this situation is that the more room the Mbu has, the better he will be suited for that environment. Other that that....what else do you want?
Yes, I'm probably giving you a little grief, but only pointing out what has been said vs what has been done.Well, I would consider puffer punk more of an expert than myself, but I would say nothing smaller than a 600 gallon IMO.
