If he's an 8" fish and he's hungry, it's likely.

yeah hes 8-9inches and eyes tiger barb like crazy id figure if hes hungry hell go for it?also is it a good idea to starve him to get him started on bloodworms, silversides, krill, mysis shrimp, and night crawlers?also what do you think if i add another lent in my tank with him so he wont be alone???

How big is your tank, and what else is in it?

I'd try the bloodworms now, just to make sure he's healthy and eating. Once he settles in and you see that he has an appetite, then you can try to convert him to pellets. It may be a bit more difficult with a fish that's already 8". The ones I've converted have been young fish, 2 - 4".

I just threw in some bloodworms and at 1st he just stared at them then a minute later the tiger barb came and started eating some bloodworms but Swam really fast wen he got some I guess he's scared of the pike lol,the pike kept eyeing him and saw how the barb kept eating he ate like 4pieces is this a good sign ???:)

My question is, why in the world of god, would you move a Fahaka to a 60 from a 150? Considering that the puffer will grow over a foot. I would re swap tanks. Because thats just unfair for the puffer.

It would also be unfair to a lugubris pike than can grow to 14" or so. If they can't live together, there's either a tank upgrade or a rehome in the future.
