Just got my oscar

ill repost tomoorow when i have a chros to get my pic on the computer ahah i just took it and realized the chords gone so ill repost tomrorow with pic. he now in the tank and doin fine, hes in a lil 15 gallon for a week or two so he can grow a lil or maybe evena few weeks ahha sounds more liek tiem enough for him to grow, so he can stand up to my jd who is almost 5 inches and my mean!, male convict, (who will be moved due to dissapearing fins of my pleco):P
 
do i just feed him flake food i eman hes really tiny didnt expect to buy a oscar so tiny ahah but the lfs didnt have their shipment in until next week and liek i said ti was impulse and iw ent to the nearest lfs and saw him and took him home:) im going to be 15 on st paddys day and this summer i am workin in my lfs:D and am savign up for the larger (needed) tank for my jd and oscar.
 
im pretty sure hes in my 15 glalon with a female con and shes twice his size and shes pretty mean and hes liek swimmina round ehr chasen her away doin his own thing haha he is pretty aggressive for a lil guy, i wanted to get a red oscar that was 4 inche sbut liek is aid they were out so i got the lil guy ahha hes cute but im afraid hell get kileld so i need to bulk him up any dieas for food to help himfgrow faster
right now hes gonan eat lil pieces of gammuras, flakes, blood worms and when he gets a lil bigegr i have mini cichlid pellets for him what elkse can i feed him now?

Chris- try some frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp. Those are pretty small.
 
Either/or. Also, you said it was only like 2" right? That's still pretty small. Only time will tell. :)

Don't use flakes no matter what size he is. Flakes are too small and you'll need to feed a lot more of them just to get the nutrition of 1 pellet. Get him started on small pellets now, mine took medium pellets at 3".
