to do a drip line, just put your fish in a bucket with the water that they came in, then take about a 4 foot section of airline tubing and put one end in your tank, you'll want to start a syphon to drain the tank water into the bucket. you can either clamp the end in the bucket with a clothes pin or chip clip so that you get a drip rather than a steady stream, or you can use a valve if you have one laying around.
from there, you just let the bucket slowly fill with tank water, you can dump some out as it fills and let it keep going until the water in the bucket is almost entirely the water from the tank. make sure that you net your fish out of the bucket instead of just pouring the whole bucket into your tank, you definitely don't want any of the water they were shipped in to end up in your tank.
a drip line acclimation will take a bit of time, but it is well worth it IMO, especially for fish that have just gone through the stressful process of being shipped.
