Horrible that... when you had a fish for a while you do get attached... When I lost my Red Devil I'd had him for 16 years from a juvenile and I just lost interest in the hobby then as he was the only cichlid I kept in a 80 gallon tank by himself. I guess when you have more fish it's easier to move on but non the less upsetting.
