You should be able to make some money on the metal halide lights also. For most fresh water and many salt applications they are overkill and expensive to run. Or you could used them to start an Indore garden and have fresh vegetables all year. 
I saw the lights and skimmer in another post, good to see the tank. Such a great deal. It beats my 90 gallon free tank from craigslist. Yours is 260 gallons and you stand to make $40 bucks for taking it. It's great to see fish keepers give other fish keepers such good deals. Especially after reading craigslist and seeing tons of overpriced tanks daily (people often expect more than what they paid for some reason).
The wanted ad i put up worked for me a few days ago too. Picking it up tomorrow. Not as good a deal as the OP's, but still good.

-nice lights
-2 good powerheads
-and an FX5
All for 150 bucks. Almost bought just the tank from someone else a few days ago for $100. Not sure on the brands of lights and powerheads, but they are high quality. I'm really excited. Nothing quite like a great deal.

I sold the skimmer. Didnt get the 140 I was offered, guy never showed, but another guy bought it for 100 bucks and he is also intrested in the lighting when he gets more money. So at least so far, Im even.. I paid a 100 for it all and got a 100 back for the skimmer. So everything now is pure profit. I only wanted the tank, so I got my great deal... Im happy and still have the 1920gph pump and 2 buckets of boi-balls and the lighting left along with my tank...
