I skimmed the other responses and it all sounded good to me. In my case, I was having a lot of trouble with hair and bubble algae in my 40g tank and two emerald crabs pretty much knocked that right out.....Good luck!

Aight, well I guess I'll go the route of cleaning my filter more often and maybe pick up another Emerald crab, hermits, and a few more snails.
