Just ordered from Rapps

I was very impressed that my order was placed at 3:30 yesterday and arrived in fantastic shape by 12:30 today.
Inside of the cardboard was the cooler.
The cooler was double wrapped in cardboard.
Once I opened the cooler I noticed that there was a little water in the cooler. I immediately was worried.
But upon examination...the fish were bagged seperately and in the very least triple bagged. The bigger fish had a very heavy weight plastic bag on the outer and double bagged inside. There were three heat packs taped to the top of the cooler. I was throughly amazed how everything was packaged. And very relieved as I pulled the bags from the cooler and there was rustling in the plastic bags.
Above the bags are floating. The green color is caused by the flash. The room lighting was off as well as the tank for the new arrivals. I had asked Jeff about acclimating the new arrivals by a drip but he advised against it. I was very impressed with the packaging, customer service, and timeliness of shipment.
I will discuss the fish when I post pictures later tonight of my new arrivals. But I have to wait until the battery recharges. I was covering a baseball game tonight and the batteries are dead.

I picked up 5 new additions from Rapps.
I got a large pair of Paratheraps Hartwegi and a Juvi Pair of Vieja Synspilus.
I also got one P. Bass Mono. There were other things that I was wanting to add to the order but the order was a last minute thing and Jeff was kind enough to call me at work well past his cut off.
The sizes do not exactly match up on the Hartwegi. But overall I am very pleased with my order. And have no fears ordering online now.
