Just ordered

I talked to them monday and they said that they would give me a call right before they closed on Wed once they packed and weighed.So I waited until closing time but never called so I called them around 905 but no answer.
 
sadly, I think I might have to bring my business elsewhere.I spoke to them today but still did not get a garenteed day on when they were shipping...I have missed two days of work already and still have yet to recieve him.

I have heard a few people in the past with similar experience with AS, either never heard from them when promised to call back or takes forever to ship the fish out. I thought they got better recently.....guess not.
The store doesn't open until 11am EST so you better call after that. I hope you can get a full refund if decide to take your business else well, I had a friend cancelled order before and was only given store credit.

Yeah hopefully I can get a full refund. But thnks for your help I will have to look around at a couple of those other website's that you listed for me.I hope I have a little more luck.
 
Thats ashame because the fish there are very nice, but they do lack staff. I've been to the store several times over the past 2weeks and they only have 1 person working on some days.

yup.Pretty much the only place where I could Find elongs.
 
Yea, Nicole is there during the day but she doesn't pack/ship fish. if Joe or Pedro doesn't show up to pack then fish won't go out I think.

Ok I will check this out also.I am currently on hold with aquascape (been for 10 min so far)So i am hopeing that they are working out shipping arrangments for 2maro....right when I posted this she re connected and told me that she was just in the back and that the fish were moving around too much....hmm what is this suppose to mean? The exact words she said was that, "they were running around alittle bit"
