Would a retic (or any FW stingray for that matter) be compatible with a TSN? I remember reading somewhere on here that catfish can sometimes roll up a stingray like a taco and gobble it down, but was never clear if that included the shovelnose cats.. like the title says its just out of curiosity so thanks for any and all replies!

I am really not sure but am quite interested in finding out also, just recentley started thinking about giving rays a try and need to know if I got to get rid of my catfish, I only have a couple small channels right now.

I just took a 16” channel cat out of my tank with a 12” Motoro and they were best friends and he never tried to eat her. Just my experience.

thanks, i was really hoping I could get personal experiences like this one, thanks for sharing... I am sure there are more who have tried this combo before? ( too many raykeepers on here for that not to be true )
