Just picked up these guys... type/sex

What do you think these are .
Found them in a maidenhead sump tank.
Looks they are a pair may be.
They are showing a bit more colour now relaxing a bit I think .
bigger more yellow one the female ?
I think I know what they might be
But I've only ever seen young ones in the flesh more yellow and the markings a bit different .
But as with lots of cichlid the marking can be a bit varied some times.

I thought mayan becuse of body shape but colour is way off and the tail stop is in the right place like mayan.
I thought friedrichsthalii but colour and markings not right also .
I see the markings near the eye are not in right place for friedrichsthalii but on Google images I see a few pictures that are close but not named.
Purple and green starting to show more with red dorsal.
