Thanks for the info! Good luck with your Wolves, I hope mine starts eating soon.
hi again,
just adding to famous323...thats a good idea using tongs...put a massivore pellet in front of him n hopefully the pellet wont drift away....NWyz,i noticed my three wolves(separate tanks BTW),tend to eat when im out of the room(shy, sneaky lil devils!)....ALSO,adding to what wonword said.....ive learned my lesson regarding red wolves!!!next time i purchase from the LFS,im gonna inspect red wolves more closely...this species are very aggressive n vicious to one another(big ones BITE the smaller ones)...im gonna make sure i bargain with the LFS if the wolf is damaged goods...LFS for the most part just want to make the sale n clear out the tank ASAP...n most of the time they'll lump so many wolves in a small tank.:(

thanks, it says on the salt to add 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons so for a 75 gallon I'm looking at 15 tablespoons, but doesn't that seem like a bit much? Also whens the next time I add salt after that? During a water change?

1 tblspoon to 10 gallons:nilly:

ive honestly never followed any rule myself.:D
i usually just dump around 5-10 teaspoons in a 120g tank.

Brutus, my wolf fish has never had a problem eating.. i don't give him feeders. he eats shrimp, catfish nuggets, pollock fillet chunks, chicken breast, frozen krill and market shrimp mostly..

i put 5 pieces of whatever kind of food i've got in his tank and i go back to check in about half an hour.. i never have anything to take back out, he always cleans up after himself.
