Id file a complaint to the ssi office , legally i dont think she is suppose to rely on ure money to support her as well ,(seeing as u pay more than half the rent) file and see what u can do as u are not obligated to pay her rent as well . ask to make her pay half at least , u pay more so u should have a word in what u can have in ure home.
