I stay away from flocculants. There is a lot of talk about what it does to the liver of your fish. Yeah, it doesn't kill them right away, but they think it might do more long term damage. Monstermini's got it right. Polishing pads, water changes, and healthy tanks. A UV sterilizer is always a great addition to a tank. Skip the chemicals and try some of these methods first. Your fish will thank you. :)


I agree! I used the clarity before, doesn't do much. Giving the tank time to settle is just as good.
 
well tank is only like 4 weeks old, i dont over feed there p's so they eat everything, i tried Seachem clarity tonight, see how it looks in morning, i do 25% wc every thur, and also another problem i may have is i only have a 70g filter hooked up to my 75g tank, so ill prob pick up a nice canister this week, that could be my water clarity issue....
