Nice tank! I wish my stand and canopy was that color. It matches my floors exactly and I'm too lazy to stain mine, lol.

I spent about 16 total hours sanding the canopy and stand down and painting them.

I had my camera on the high ISO setting while taking those pictures. The tank is actually a glossy black and the walls a light, coffee type, brown...

Right now I am split between either 1. a retic ray and some big clown loaches or 2. a native tank with some lmb, crappie, and a channel cat

the 2' width is not ideal for a ray to be in there for life.. i've always wanted to do a native tank with some LMBs and crappies so i vote for that.

Will only be in the tank for 1 1/2 years. And plus it will be a retic if I go with the ray stocking. I think it should be ok...

I am leaning more and more to a native tank.... There aren't many LMB and channel cat keepers on here, and I kind of like to be unique and not follow the crowd (cough, stingrays, cough).....

I vote a native tank with a ton of drift wood! At our cabin I built a "Fish Crib" out of sunken logs and the number of fish in it is astounding! Ill take a pic this weekend for inspirational purposes!
