Well I'm no expert in sexing fish but I didn't think a female would show that much color. How does the male interact with her/him?
 
The two dont "care" for Each other but nothing bad. The most tension is the 2nd largest and 3rd largest. They go at it a lot. Besides them the rest of the tension in the tank is mostly spread m

I am going to spell wrong. Its a victorian cichlid. Pundma Nyerii or something along those lines. nice looking fish but too aggressive. Prob if he wasnt the smallest fish I would have to rehome
 
What is the third one? It looks like a jack dempsey in an african body
