Hey! I recently just got done fully setting up my FOWLR tank I built, 60 inch L X 60 inch H X 48 W. It's all going good so far, got all the saltwater mixed, got my protein skimmer, lighting, thermometer, and filter going! I've only run across one issue, and that is that I'm extremely indecisive on what website to purchase from. Anyone have recommendations other than LiveAquaria and SaltwaterFish to look at some larger marine species?

Diver's den is my recommendation if you want to buy online, otherwise I would go the local fish store route.
Nice dimensions on that tank, any idea what you plan to stock with?
I agree with this especially the lfs route if you have a decent one. I've had so so luck with online saltwater purchases. Much better luck with lfs but I have a few good ones near me.

Welcome to the forum!
I had a bad experience with LA, so I’d say the lfs route.
I’d suggest getting a qt tank as well, lots of the sw fish are too expensive to risk disease. Also opens up more options as far as safety goes because you’d have the ability to treat for potential diseases.

Thank you everybody for the advice! Sadly I'd have to drive 3 and a half hours to get to a good LFS since the one 30 minutes away shutdown due to the pandemic. I'll go there as I wait for the filter for the qt tank.

?Logged it into aqadvisor, you made a 750g tank??
Not a ton of MFKers have marine tanks that big, would love to see some pics

Where are you located? there's some decent stores near me (MA), 1-2 hours away from me not sure about shipping.

this place always has impressive larger fish, i love triggers so that's the page I'm sharing: All Fish - Saltwater / Marine Fish - Triggerfish - All Things Aquatic (allthingsaquaticstore.com)

I have never had luck with any fish from LA regardless if its Divers Den or otherwise. I would always give them a miss.

My only suggestion is go slower than you think and get the largest, slowest flowing UV sterilizer you can source.
