Add floating plants, they do wonders for making arowana feel secure. Arowana that size can eat food sticks or pellets, the longer you keep it on live feeders the harder it'll be to convert to prepared foods. the aro is already stressed, by the time he gets used to that tank, he will have outgrown it. So you'll move him and he can be stressed all over again.
