very sweet baby...congradulations and best to you both..

Actually he's my 3rd aro... The 1st was a jardini that jumped out.. The 2nd was a silver that got ripped to shreds because of 2 gars and my lack of knowledge about monster fish at that time.. I hope this guy will turn out to be nice and healthy..

i went through two also...before i learned... hopefully everything i need to know... cover all those little insignificant holes... weigh down the tank cover... and don't feed so much ...just enough...for a baby 3xs a day small amounts... keep the water changes up...don't wear red...red color blows their mind.. and makes them jumpy...do not feed feeders... do not have the wrong tank mates.. and they should live to a RIPE old age.. mine is almost 6 years old.. lol... best of luck to you...:D:D

Thanks, I know at this size it's pretty hard to care for but damn, he's an animal!!! After acclimation, my other Aro's took a while to eat but he killed a chunk of frozen blood worms about 5 minutes after getting out of the bag. Got home today and he gulped down aother chunk!!!
