here are pics of my jardini. he's about 4 months old now. i got him on right before the end of the year 2008 when he was about 3 months old.

I finally decided to give it another shot after losing Frankenstein in September. I was thinking I'd try a black this time but there were some cheap babies at the Chicago swap today so I brought one home. He's very little. But he ate flake on his first day, so he's off to a good start.

Terrible photo, but I'll get more when the lights are on. I put him in the peaceful SA community tank to see if he would get spooked at all (saves the effort of setting up a growout) and so far he's totally OK with other fish around even though he's barely bigger than the tetras. If anything goes wrong he'll move to a 10 or 20g by himself.

Productive morning. Got this guy, 7 legitimate curviceps, a pair of leucosticta, some peacocks, some food, and a distichodus affinis. (This little guy is obviously my favorite.)
