then and now...baby... around april @ 6" got it in march 3"...now 19" and some mid pics aswell...

here are pics of my jardini. he's about 4 months old now. i got him on right before the end of the year 2008 when he was about 3 months old.

He's now about 16"-19". This updated picture was taken in July.

8-9 months and 16" growth, equating to around 2" per month rate? Wow! (It's also kind of hard to believe, unless you fed it 3-4 times a day everyday with super high protein food.) I used to raise baby silvers from 3", but only managed to ggt about 1"/month growing rate, which is what most people have. One comment on that is, you're not going to maximize the joy of having him if he keeps growing at this rate. Ie, he's getting too big too quickly, and eventually starting to have droop eyes, etc. I think it's better to slow it down a little now.
