Tongue - as for small lungs - they are prone to attack by fish picking on / biting their "legs" and tail, but eventually they kill those same fish. Believe me , I know :) I have tried with no success at tankmates. From baby to adult. Granted, adults are much more mellow, but still...

But my reasoning is when small ... Lungs are more victims from my experience even to fish half their size..
