What is the difference of the iridescent shark, paroon shark, panagasius(was that the catfish on the papers?).
Are they in the catfish family..or oddballs?

What do people feed them in the aquarium? Pellets?
Do they eat other fish?

You have posted questions on many species of fish. I appreciate that you want to learn, but a little research never hurts.

not trying to talk back to any moderators but..
i thought it's easier if I post on MFK..
I mean typing "What is the difference of the iridescent shark, paroon shark, panagasius" is not gonna take me anywhere on google..
why waste my time on a search engine when there are people on forums that are willing to help..?

shouldnt you be asking this rather broad question in the catfish section? use the search option on MFK and type in each species and you will have a huge amount of info. its even easier than waiting for responses from other MFKers.

I don't see the big deal. All of us have a choice on what threads we click, if we don't want to respond to one we don't have to. This forum exists in part to teach others. Some people rather find their answers this way then using a search engine. This way certainly is more human interactive. Also, some people just aren't internet savy and have a difficult time navigating search engines, especially young people and I believe young people make up the majority of the membership here.

A search on any of those words would have brought you this pic I posted to answer the same question by another member:

huh on that pic the ID shark is towards the top of the pic. faulty pic, ID sharks are so lame and just sit on the bottom of the tank

I believe that the illustration is supposed to serve as a size comparison. Some of those fish don't even coexist together in nature. I believe taking the illustration as a definitive source of strata inhabited by different fishes is a little too much extrapolation.

Have you ever kept ID sharks? As far as catfish go I have to say they are one of the most active.
