Juvenile giant snakehead

Hi my juvenile giant snakehead is not digesting his food.
He is seriously bloated for days after eating with you still being able to see the shape of the food it has ate , he has something coming out his bum that is a white transparent colour from what I’ve read it seems to be worms, I have another that has the worm looking thing in it’s bum but doesn’t bloat up can anyone help me that also

I’d suggest pics of the fish and the worm like stuff protruding from its anus. If u can get ur hands on levamisole that’ll be a good option.

It doesn’t always come out it’s just now and then you, they lumps are smelt I fed him on Thursday he doesn’t seem to be digesting his food ?

I see. I’d suggest getting ur hands on some levamisole and treat the tank.

Would it be pure concentrated levamisole or is there any bottle that contain it in that you would recommend I can only find stuff that doesn't treat worms?

I got mine from eBay. Comes in a sealed bag. Not sure if it’s concentrated. I’d have to check.
