Juvenile Red Devil is very skiddish and hides alot

I had a fish that hid for almost 2 months. I had a different one that bit my hand within minutes of placing it in the tank. Just different personalities, your fish will come around.

My juvie red devil mostly hid for the first week or so. He was about an inch long. He ended up being extremely outgoing and aggressive.

Thanks for all of the feedback. He is actually starting to get brave enough to swim around the tank when I watch him from a distance. When I move closer, he retreats back under or behind the driftwood. I also have been sitting in front of the tank for like 10-15 min at a time to get him used to my presence and he'll cautiously swim to the front of the tank but as soon as I move he swims for cover. So I guess he's slowly coming along.
