Start starving your endlis for 3-5 days. On you day 3 you can trying feeding shrimps. Get some frozen shrimps, thaw it out, then dice it up to feed. The trick is to condition to learn to eat food that doesn't move. Once they're used to shrimps you can feed them sinking pellets. Carnivore pellets or cichlid sinking pellets would work best at this size.

ill be starving the whole lot for a few days then dropping in shrimp.. and massivore at the same time..
