Yeah going to get some pellets tonight. Try them lol. Picky fish.

Just thought it would be cool to see a full grown fish eat a frozen feeder mouse.

I would go get minnows called "rossie reds" up to about 60% his body size is the size of minnow he can consume.

My pbass goes bannanas over them.

After about 6" or so start fasting to get them on pellets. Use a fish or mouse as a treat once a month if you want to see it.

I cant stress enough how much faster growth is feeding live minnows vs brine shrimp. Even if there was phsically more brine shrimp.

Lfs has em. Look like junk. Always go in and there are dead ones in the tanks. Also tried these first with only one bass taking it and then dying 2 days later. Hate feeder fish that arnt homegrown, but that's just my feelings and experience.

Yes, i breed them myself. Baby peacock bass are super sensitive and are hard to get eating.
